Do I need an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is optional. You can easily complete your order as a guest.
However, we recommend that you create an account with us so that you can login
and check your order history whenever required.
How can I view my order details?
You can view your order details by clicking the “View Order” button in your order
confirmation email. This email was sent to the email address provided during
checkout. If you can’t find your order receipt email, please contact support for more
information.

I don’t know my order number. How can I findit?
You can find your order number by referencing the order receipt that was sent to the email
address used during checkout. If you can't find an order receipt in your inbox, it means you
probably made a typo in your email address during checkout. Please contact support for
further assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a cancel button available on our order confirmation page which can be used to cancel an order if it has not been dispatched.
If you unable to find it, please contact support with your order number as soon as
possible and we’ll help you cancel and fully refund your order.
If your order has already shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. You can always
reject taking delivery when you order arrives at your doorstep.

Cancellation Fees?
There are no charges for cancellation. Rest assured, we’ll fully refund your order should
you choose to cancel it.
Can I return/exchange my order?
To maintain the highest standard of our products and customer service we are not
accepting general returns purchased through our website
However, we do offer a 7 day exchange from the date of delivery. Exchanges can be
made for following conditions:
- DOA items
- Wrong / Defective items or
- Items having visible quality issue.
In such cases, as per customer’s choice we’ll offer a full refund, replacement or store
credit post inspection. Please note that the decision of Starke Lifestyle shall be final
& binding.
- Please note, that one-time shipping fees related to the return or replacement will
be covered by Starke Lifestyle. In case there is more than one replacement
shipping fees related to the return/replacement will not be covered by Starke
Lifestyle and is to taken care of by the customer.

If your order was missing items, please contact support to get the issue resolved. Make sure to include your order number and a photo of everything that you received (including the packaging).

Our iPhone 16 series cases are currently in production. Pre-orders are expected to ship

When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship within 1-3 days of the order being placed, not including weekends.
How do I track my shipment?
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. That email will contain a tracking link. To track your package, simply click the link. Note that, from the time your package is shipped, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days based on your location in India. In case there is a delay of more than 7 days, please reach our support immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders valued on or above ₹999/-
Prepaid orders - Free standard shipping.
Cash on delivery (COD) orders – Free standard shipping. ₹10/- will be charged as handling charges.
For orders valued less than ₹999/-
Prepaid orders - ₹60/- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders less than ₹999/- will have a flat shipping charge of ₹70/-
Apart from this, we also offer a priority shipping service via Air (where applicable) at flat shipping charge of ₹200/- for same day / next day shipping.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update once your order leaves our
